Step by Step

1. Initial Contact

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please let me know when you're available for a free initial consultation with Dr. Minsu Kim."

2. Brief Consultation

For about 15-20 minutes, you will have a brief video or phone call with Dr. Minsu Kim. He will ask a few questions to determine whether our services are the right fit for your needs.

3. Scheduling Your First Session

One of our dedicated therapists will contact you by email to arrange your first session at a time that suits you. Once you confirm the appointment date and time, you will receive a separate email containing a secure and confidential video call link.

4. Your First Therapy Session

At the scheduled time, your therapist will be waiting for you to join the video call. When you enter, you will be warmly welcomed with a friendly greeting and a gentle smile.
